Episode #9 Card (June 18, 2019):
Show Opener: GM Paige and the Men’s and Women’s participants in the Money in the Bank matches are in the ring. GM Paige welcomes them all and congratulate them all in being in the MITB matches. After some history and excitement for the match, she ensures them to win the briefcase, not just for themselves, but for the blue brand of Smackdown Live. She then announces that the women’s tag match will be up next. Match #1: Carmella & Naomi vs. Zelina Vega & Bianca Belair -Carmella & Naomi go to grab Vega at ringside and Vega hits both of them with a ladder. Belair and Vega attack the two of them with a ladder for a little bit, but then Belair attacks Vega with her hair whip. Bianca then goes to setup and climbs the ladder. Then Naomi hits a springboard hip attack on Belair who falls off. Naomi climbs the ladder, grabs the briefcase, and celebrates. RESULT: CARMELLA & NAOMI WIN VIA DQ Segment: Strowman's music hits for a match against Otis, but doesn't come out because he is brawling backstage with McIntyre. McIntyre eventually gets the Claymore, and Strowman goes to a knee, McIntyre hits a Future Shock DDT. Segment: Bollywood Boyz distract Tucker, and Jinder Mahal comes out of nowhere to roll-up and pins Otis to win the 24/7 CHampionship Match #2: Pete Dunne vs. Apollo Crews -Andrade while icing Vega watches the match backstage RESULT: PETE DUNNE WINS Match #3: Scott Dawson w/ Wilder vs. Kofi Kingston w/ Big E -During the match, AOP attack all four competitors. Then AOP hold the Tag Titles in the air. RESULT: NO CONTEST Segment: Person tries to get a interview with AOP who say they are here to rewrite the tag team division, then knock the mic and camera out of their way. Daniel Bryan vs. Raul Mandoza - MATCH IS CUT Match #4: The Genetic Goddesses vs. Tamina & Dana Brooke -The IIconics are on commentary RESULT: THE GENETIC GODDESSES WIN -Following the match, The Genetic Goddesses and The IIconics have a staredown in the middle of the ring. Contract Segment: GM Paige welcomes everyone and says this match at Money in the Bank is going to be ruthless and brutal. Both of these women have tons of history with each other, etc. etc. Video package plays of their match history together. Charlotte Flair walks out with her 5 security guards and sits down. Then Natalya walks out, she storms to the ring, grabs the pen, signs the contract, the proceeds to leave. Flair stops her as she leaves and says, “You think you can just storm this ring and get your match and leave? Nattie, let me tell you something. We are doing this match on my terms. I am the champion, I am the Queen. I am a Flair. My ring, my rules. So this is what I’m going to say. Get back in this ring right now, or you don’t get your match.” Natalya takes a moment, then gets back in the ring. Flair says “Nattie, you need to understand that I am your superior. You do not belong here. I don’t care who your family is because they are nothing compared to mine. At money in the bank, I will submit you and then send you back to that crappy little basement you call a dungeon. And when all is said and done, you will no longer be excellent. You will no longer have heart. You will be demoralized into nothing more than a… Natalya slams Flair’s head onto the table and the two brawl. The security guards swarm Natalya and hold her back. Flair gets up, brushes herself off, then spits at Natalya, then power bombs her through the table. Flair then says that the match is happening under her rules, no rules. No Disqualification. Main Event: Ricochet vs. The Miz vs. Roman Reigns vs. Velveteen Dream -Following the match, The Miz attacks Reigns with the Skull-Crushing Finale, but Ricochet hits a Springboard Dropkick on both of them, then some brawling. Miz grabs a ladder and hits them all, but Ricochet is able to matrix duck out of the way. Takes the ladder from the Miz and then climbs it and grabs the briefcase, but then Dream pushes the ladder over, grabs the briefcase for himself and leaves with it.
