Episode #44 Card (Feb. 21, 2020):
Show Opener: Kevin Owens up Smackdown and saying that this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber, it's going to be a rough one for him. After what Sami Zayn and Cesaro have done to him both physically, mentally, and emotionally is insane. Sami talks all about how I need to remember my past and I need to make friends to survive in this business. And you know maybe Sami is right. I mean look, Sami made friends with Cesaro and the two attacked me to teach me a lesson. Then their friendship helped Sami Zayn earn a spot in the actual Elimination Chamber match to get one step closer to a shot at the WWE Championship. Maybe Sami is right. Or ... Sami Zayn and Cesaro come out to interrupt Kevin Owens. Sami is celebrating the fact that Kevin Owens finally agrees with him. That Sami is right. Friendship is the only way to succeed in this business. Just look at Cesaro, he is helping me get ever closer to the WWE Championship. And Im'm sorry we had to hurt your leg Kevin but you were just in our way. But I can make it up to you but allowing Cesaro to replace you in the match. I know that sounds crazy but with your leg injury, I don't want you to get hurt any more friend. And Cesaro has promised that if he wins, he will give his #1 Contendership to you instead. Cause that's what friends do. They help each other, not stab each other in the back. Kevin agrees and Cesaro and Sami celebrate. When they go to leave, Owens stands off of his crutch and hits Cesaro square in the back with it. Sami looks disgusted at Kevin as Kevin says he will never be friends with you and then attacks Sami. Security comes out to separate them all as Sami holds Cesaro's head in his hands crying out to god like from one of those movies. Match #1: The Miz, John Morrison & Sheamus vs. The OC RESULTS: THE MIZ, JOHN MORRISON, & SHEAMUS WINS Segment: One Nation calls out the Street Profits challenging them to a match. 3 on 3, Now that we have our new recruit we'll be unstoppable so it won't even matter who you choose. Segment: In a backstage Interview, The IIconics say that their match at Elimination Chamber will be for their home country. Not to get too sentimental, but they felt that they need to win back these Women's Tag Team Championships, not just for themselves but for their home country. Match #2: Roman Reigns vs. Elias -Drew McIntyre watches the match from the back RESULTS: ROMAN REIGNS WINS Segment: Eric Young segment announcing the debut of his lion at Elimination Chamber Match #3: One Nation vs. Street Profits & Mystery Partner (Cedric Alexander) RESULTS: ONE NATION WINS Main Event: The Velveteen Dream vs. Dash Wilder w/ Gulak RESULTS: DASH WILDER WINS Segment: Women's Elimination Chamber Contract Signing - GM Paige and all 6 competitors in the Women's Elimination Chamber Match are standing in the ring. GM Paige then invites Ember Moon to the ring. GM Paige opens the floor to anyone with something to say before the contract signing. Sasha Banks starts by saying that she cannot wait to get her hands finally on the Smackdown Women's Championship. Shayna may think she's the boss, but we all know that she's a bully behind the Legit Boss's shadow. Naomi comes in saying that Sasha is a little bit of a bully too, and that she's always trying to use people to get what she wants, that ain't cool. Carmella comes in and says that this Sunday is her opportunity to come back into the limelight and earn back her title of the Smackdown Women's Championship. Shayna Baszler comes in and tells Carmella to shut her mouth because everyone knows that she's got a ZERO percent chance of winning on Sunday. What matters is Wrestlemania, when she gets her chance to beat up Ember Moon yet again. Last time they faced off Shayna was taping out Moon at NXT Takeover to win the NXT Championship, now she can do it all again at the grandest stage of them all. Asuka comes in with some Japanese, yelling back at Shayna, defending Ember Moon. Natalya comes in and tries to defuse the situation and tries to thank GM Paige and the WWE Universe for coming to the realization that she belongs in the Elimination Chamber match. Then suddenly, Nikki Cross jumps Natalya from behind, bumping into Shayna Baszler and Sasha Banks in the process. The two start throwing jabs and an all out brawl begins. Nikki Cross ends up going through the table. People start getting thrown out of the ring. Moon throws out Naomi, Asuka throws out Banks, and then the two turn around and they are the only two in the ring. The crowd realizes what's happening and starts roaring. Asuka points to the Wrestlemania sign and Moon nods in agreement.
