Wednesday Night, November 24th, All Elite Wrestling returns to the Chicagoland area. More specifically, AEW will run in Chicago at the Wintrust Arena. AEW has not run an event at the Wintrust Arena since Revolution 2020. Tony Khan is attempting to turn Thanksgiving Eve in Chicago into a tradition!
CM Punk vs. QT Marshall
Now that CM Punk is back in wrestling, you have to believe CM Punk will be on every Chicago show from now until the end of his career. QT Marshall is a less than stellar choice as an opponent, but the man is over as a heel for sure. Punk should make short work of QT Marshall in this one. I would assume MJF gets involved at some point after the fact in order to further the MJF-CM Punk feud.
Prediction: CM Punk
Thunder Rosa vs. Jamie Hayter - TBS Championship Quarterfinal Match
Call me crazy, but I can see this one going either way. Rosa is a big star in the women's division, but I just have a feeling Hayter takes this one. I would imagine Britt Baker gets involved and helps Hayter secure the win. The other route I could see is the good doctor accidentally costing Hayter the match leading to some high tensions between them. This is a coin toss to me, but let's just go with my gut.

Cody Rhodes, Pac, and The Lucha Brothers vs. Andrade El Idolo, Malakai Black, and FTR
Good clean fun for everyone. I assume the crowd will continue to boo Cody Rhodes for wrestling reasons. I think PAC needs to enter the world title picture soon, but truthfully most of the wrestlers in this match are true world title contenders. There's several different feuds intertwined into this larger one. The Lucha Brothers are feuding with FTR who are hired by Andrade to help fight Cody. Cody is hated by Malakai Black who came in to help Andrade fight Cody, but also just killed Cody on his own a few times. PAC is there because he's part of the death triangle, but also made the awkward save for Cody. Is it clear? No? Yeah, I didn't think so either. FTR is one of the best tag teams in the world. Malakai and Andrade are newer acts and could really use a bit of momentum. The Lucha Brothers are your tag champions. Cody is one of the most polarizing characters in your company. PAC needs something to push him to that next level. I think Team Cody could benefit more from a win than Team Andrade, but I've been wrong before.

Bryan Danielson vs. Colt Cabana
Danielson has begun to dismantle The Dark Order piece by piece before wrestling Hangman Adam Page. This week, he will face Colt Cabana in his own hometown, next week he will most likely go after Alan 5 Angels in his hometown, and so on and so forth. I'll admit that losing in your hometown is serious Vince McMahon energy, but Vince McMahon is also a billionaire. This one will be competitive, but I wouldn't expect more than 15 minutes between these two. If you're looking for some additional wrestling to watch prior to the match, check out ROH: Gut Check 2006. In the main event of that show, Colt Cabana and Bryan Danielson wrestle in a 2 out of 3 falls match in Chicago Ridge, IL. It was a fantastic match and I believe this match Wednesday will be good as well. It is hard to have a bad match when one of the wrestlers is Bryan Danielson and the other is a respected veteran like Colt Cabana.

Solid announced card for the Thanksgiving Eve Special Edition of Dynamite. There will be a few other things announced between me writing this and bell time. I imagine Rampage will be stellar as well.
