Segment: As the Hell in a Cell is lowering, Drake Maverick runs out carrying the 24/7 Title with R-Truth chasing him down. Maverick isn't paying attention so after circling it for a bit, Maverick runs headfirst into the Cell, knocking himself out. Truth then goes for the pin. The ref says Truth is already champion. Truth then counts for himself and celebrates "winning" back the 24/7 Championship. Truth grabs the refs hand and raises it, pointing at the ref. Ref is no selling Truth.

Main Event: Drew McIntyre vs. Adam Cole vs. Sami Zayn (Cash-in) - Universal Championship & Hell in a Cell Match

-During the match, both McIntyre and Cole go through the top rope. The medics come rushing out but lock the cell behind them. The medics reveal themselves as Sami Zayn. Zayn cashes in the Money in the Bank briefcase. Zayn helluva kicks McIntyre and pins him.

RESULTS: SAMI ZAYN WINS. NEW CHAMP!!!
